- You grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use feedback you provide to improve the Services.
- We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
8) Training and Tools Disclaimer
- Training content is for educational purposes; outcomes may vary based on your implementation and context.
- Cost calculators, code samples, and other tools provide indicative results only and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or up to date. Always verify using official sources (for example, AWS Pricing Calculator and Cost Explorer) before making commercial decisions.
9) Third-Party Services
The Services may reference or integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, AWS, GitHub). We are not responsible for third-party sites, content, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy notices.
10) Fees and Payments
- Prices and taxes are shown at checkout or in your order confirmation and may change before purchase is completed.
- Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card details.
- Refunds and cancellations, if offered, are as described at purchase or as required by applicable law.

12) Warranties and Disclaimers
THE SERVICES AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
13) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT.
14) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ApexDigital Solutions and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.
15) Export and Compliance
You will comply with all applicable export controls, sanctions laws, and regulations. You represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, any country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions.
16) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.
17) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, but sections intended to survive (including IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnities) will continue to apply.
18) Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on the subject matter. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
